Namanameh News Agency: The press conference of Cannes Film Festival will be held on May 27 in Paris. Some media outlets have claimed that more than forty feature films from Iran have been submitted to the festival.
With 20 days left until the Cannes Film Festival press conference, the French media have published new news in this regard and have introduced films to attend the festival. Works such as “The Power of the Dog” by Ms. Jan Compon (Palme d’Or winner – Piano Lesson – 1993) and the only female filmmaker to win the Palme d’Or at the festival.
Other works that have been introduced to the official part of the festival (including competition, a kind of look, out of competition, midnight chances) are:
A work by Paul Thomas Anderson (soggy Bottom)
3-story building – Nani Morty (Palme d’Or winner – 2001 Boy Room)
Jacques Audiard’s Olympiad (Palme d’Or winner for Deepan 2015)
The Sad Triangle by Ruben Ostland (Winner of the Golden Palm for Square – 2017)
